- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I moved to the area about 11 years ago and I tried another local vet that was actually a little closer to where I live and because the house I purchased "came with a dog" who was already established at the other vet. I took all of my dogs (4 in total) there one time and did not care for it. I immediately started looking for another vet and that is when I found Dr. Sam. I took my pets to him and was VERY PLEASED with the treatment my kids received and the service the staff provided. I have been taking my kids there ever since and will be taking my Husky to them for her vaccines next week and having her spayed sometime soon. I have no more hesitation in taking her to AWC than I would any other vet for such a procedure as there are inherent risks with any surgery, in fact I have less hesitation because I know how they are with her.
